Iulia is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and holds a Bachelor s Degree in Law from the Titu Maiorescu Law University and a Fast Track MBA from Maastricht School of Management.

Iulia brings together solid legal training and a commercially grounded perspective shaped by over 12 years of experience in the telecom retail sector. Her background in civil and commercial matters, combined with involvement in financial, operational and strategic projects, allows her to understand both the legal framework and the practical realities that drive business decisions. She focuses on clarity, structure and relevance in her legal analysis and communication, aiming to provide advice that is actionable, pragmatic and aligned with each client’s needs.

She is involved in civil, commercial and labour disputes, working under the coordinated guidance of the firm’s senior lawyers and contributing to case strategy, drafting and client communication.
