Passionate about law in general and about private international law in particular, Irina is a versatile lawyer providing cutting-edge legal services and practical and innovative solutions. She has a considerable experience of almost 20 years gained advising foreign investors on complex operations such as mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, transfers of undertakings, outsourcing and divestments, including one of the firsts successfully voluntary takeover bids on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Always partnering up with the clients to secure positive results and close projects efficiently.
Irina holds full degrees in Romanian, French, and European law, having studied at Bucharest University, Paris Pantheon 1, and Lille 2 University where she obtained a postgraduate degree (DEA) focused on Contract law. She furthered attended continuing education programs in private international law (at the Hague Academy of International Law), IP law (at WIPO) and European tax and employment law (at the Academy of European Law). She also completed a full training in litigating before the ECJ and successfully passed the EU open competitions in legal field.

She further specialises in regulated sectors, such as insurance and aviation law, and deals with complex litigation cases, including pertaining to EU funds
