We have a deep understating of the national and European public procurement legislation, as we’ve been one of the first lawyers working on public procurement since 2004. Our lawyers have been following all the legislative changes and jurisprudence, they have been creating jurisprudence and advocating for legislation improvements.

We provide counselling services during the entire public procurement procedure, we advise on the compliance with Romanian and European legislation of the tender documentation and acts of the contracting authorities. We represent and assist clients in front of the National Council for Complaints Settlement, as well as in front of the courts in various litigations regarding public procurement procedures, the award process, performance and termination of the related contracts.

RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE

Advising several Romanian subsidiaries of an important group in the road and railway infrastructure during its public procurement procedures for construction of national and county roads, railways, trams, metros. Advice on the legality of the tender documentation, the legal ways to act against illegal acts / actions of the contracting authority or in relation with such authority, as well as during the litigation procedures regarding the public procurement procedures, the performance of the awarded contracts.

PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Advising one of the largest Danish companies acting in milk control equipment during several public procurement procedures organized by the Ministry of Agriculture

WASTE TREATMENT

Advising a French engineering company operating in the water and waste sector in connection with its participation together with a Romanian company to a public procurement procedure for the award of 3 contracts for the construction of wastewater treatment plants, as well as during the performance of these contracts, on the attempts to take over the contracts following the bankruptcy of the Romanian contracting party

EUROPEAN FUNDS

Advising a multinational company active in the agriculture field during its tenders organized in relation to European funds projects

TELECOM

Advising and assisting for 7 years the biggest telecom company in several public procurement projects, throughout the award procedures and in front of the National Council for the Settlement of Complaints and the courts, as well as during the performance of the awarded contracts
