Advising a consortium consisting of 3 major European road infrastructure construction groups of companies in connection with the participation to the awarding procedure for the public works concession contract for the Comarnic-Brasov Motorway, as well as in connection with the negotiation of the contract and of various other project documents

TRAINING

Catalin entered the Bucharest Bar in 2008, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bucharest University. Since then he has specialised in Energy & Natural Resources, Public Procurement and Environmental Law.
